We cover the whole of North East England. We replace, repair and service VELUX^® roof windows for homeowners, schools and businesses across the region, with the same accredited standards as all our work, carried out by fitters based throughout the UK.

• Exposed and coastal locations, from Tynemouth and Whitley Bay to Redcar and Hartlepool, where wind-driven rain tests seals and flashings and salt air is hard on external parts. Regular servicing helps catch problems early.
• Stone-built and slate-roofed homes in County Durham and Northumberland, where the right flashing kit and careful detailing are essential to keep the window watertight.
• Conservation areas and older buildings, where VELUX conservation windows give a slimmer, traditional look. Our Helmsley case study, just south of the region in North Yorkshire, shows 15 conservation windows replaced on a slate roof.
• Dark hallways and landings in terraced and semi-detached homes, which a sun tunnel can light without a new window.

Schools, academy trusts and commercial buildings

For schools, academy trusts, offices, care homes and managed buildings in the North East, we provide planned servicing and maintenance contracts, repairs and phased replacement programmes. We hold Constructionline Gold and CHAS Elite accreditation, which many public sector and facilities teams require when appointing contractors.

How we cover the North East

Our fitters are based throughout the UK. For North East work we agree the scope first – usually from photos, the window codes and, where needed, a survey – then book installation dates in advance, so the team arrives with the correct windows, flashing kits, blinds and access equipment and can finish in as few visits as possible.
