• Window replacement services

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change. Payment terms:

• 50% deposit required to secure installation date
• Remaining balance due upon completion
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide:

• 10-year installation warranty
• Manufacturer's warranty on all VELUX^® products
• Workmanship guarantee

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• 48 hours notice required for appointment cancellation
• Deposit refundable if cancelled 7 days before scheduled installation
• Force majeure conditions apply

6. Liability

While we maintain high standards of service, we are not liable for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing property conditions
• Delays due to weather conditions
• Issues arising from customer-supplied materials
